Watch Mumbai Diaries on Amazon Prime

Its been some time since something enthralling had come up in Hindi and especially on Amazon Prime. And this one is the perfect answer to that long wait.

Hindi Film making industry has taken a steep downfall with some movies like Radhe and many others which many, including myself havent bothered to even watch the trailer. But the OTT platform has some splendid renderings has has kept the aura alive.

Mumbai Daires 26/11 revolves around the 26/11 incident. You might think that you dont want to see terror movies. But this is about the lives of a bunch of doctors and what they face in their government hospital day and night. It is very necessary in the current scenario where people are becoming atrocious to the doctors and nurses in hospitals. There is a need to realize their plight and this movie is the perfect one to awake the people of the country.

The movie plot is well scripted. The web series is available in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. With subtitles anyone ay watch it irrespective of language. The series is so gripping that you will be forced to watch all through the 8 episodes in a go.

They subtle lives of people in the hospital, their emotions, even those minute moments of emotions of the terrorists also brings beauty to the whole thing.

Thappad - Must watch movie for all men and women

Watch it on Amazon Prime.

Taapsee Pannu, I simply love u after Pink and Badla. That's some kind of world-class acting displayed by this young lady with some really challenging characters. I would say, she can be a good example of how to choose your movies. The recent movies I have seen, she has very very skillfully selected what she is going to so with her career.

The movie talk about the respect that women deserve and which many men fail to place. It is not just about a Thappad, its not about the ego that some have put it. Its about the dignity that every human being deserves. Some may say it is a feminist movie, but this is the harsh reality of the women . If not all around the world, atleast in India.

It just made me think, how many of you would take that brave move. Yes, the world around will criticize you. You should be ready to take that criticism and still stay tall. Coz your dignity is it stake. A perfect wife, but just because he is angry, he can just slap and walk away doesn't make any sense.

When i thought of watching the movie, the first thought that came to me was ' bas itni si baat?' and they r making a movie out of it. But the depth can be felt by every woman who has faced it or felt how it will feel. I literally cried out. Those scenes where the father of the girl takes that stand is the crucial element. The mother always is the one who tries to fix up things and says" ladki ho tho thoda adjust karna padtha hai. pathi hi hai na".

The factor one must note that, after the 'Thappad' also he is trying to justify his place. She actually wats for him to say sorry, but his ego doesn't allow him to.

A good one to see every Indian women. We have seen several movies on domestic violence, this one stands apart with the notion well set in.

Netflix Series - Behind Her Eyes

Saw very many negative reviews about the series. But I don't think it was that bad. While I was doing a quick research before watching the movie, i came across some write ups that noted that the book by Sarah Pinboroug was slashed out to have a bad ending. But, let me put it out, I personally like those that have an unexpected ending and giving 2 days of 'thought factor' to the viewer. Thats were the movie lingers in the mind of the viewer. Everyone has their own views.

Right from the beginning you know that something is not so right between the psychiatrist and his wife. The character Louise is that bored soul and the psychiatrist boss and Louise just gel in.

What happens later might seem like a love triangle in the beginning with the wife , the husband and the PA. But the story unravels ferociously. With more characters coming in with stories of the past, you simply get hooked on to the series eager to find what is actually wrong with Adele (Wife of David, the psychiatrist boss).

There are glimpses of the past shown to spike your interest. At some point of time I had that feeling that the Dr David person was the villain and he was doing something wrong to his wife. That tone remains for some episodes and then the story shifts.

I simply loved the last episode where it all ends with astral projection.

Must watch if you like to have some adult thriller movie experience.
