Teenagers becoming pregnant due to rape cases and sex due to anxiety is a significant threat and has been prevalent since ages. There are reported cases of a girl in an African tribe giving birth at the age of 11 to even a girl being raped and delivered that baby at the age of 5! Some stories are sorrowful while some are out of the pure negligence.

10. Anna “Anya”

Anna gave birth to a baby girl at the age of 8 in the year 2000. The delivery was reported in Rostov-on-Don in Russia. It appears that the girl was abused and raped by a 13-year old neighbor. The girl had reached puberty at the age of 7.

9. Hilda Trujillo

Hilda gave birth to a baby girl on December 2, 1957, at a hospital in Lima Peru. Her family was poor, and they lived in a single room house. The pregnancy was caused by a cousin who was staying with them. The girl was seven-year-old when this 22-year-old cousin raped her, and she later delivered the baby whom they named Maria Del Rosario in a normal delivery even though the baby was born prematurely.

This very rare case of childhood pregnancy was reported from way back in 1884 from Nigeria. The girl Mum-Zi was 8 years and 4 months when she delivered a baby girl which she named Zi. The pregnancy was caused by Chief Akkiri while holding young girls at harems or polygynous households. These harems used to have young girls kept in captivity. The shocking fact is that her daughter also bore a pregnancy and delivered at the age of 8 making Mum-Zi the youngest every grandmother.

7. Griseldina Acuna

According to reports, it's known that the girl had been having her menstruation cycle since 3 years of age. She gave birth to a baby boy when she was 8 years and 2 months old on September 13, 1936. The father of the baby is said to be a family friend even though much information about the case is not known. Griseldina is from San Zenon, Magdalena Department, Colombia, and the baby weighed 2.3 kg at birth.

This is a rare case of child marriage where the seven-year-old girl from Kashmir was married off by her widowed mother to an adult male. The reason was poverty, and eventually, the young girl bore pregnancy at the age of 8 years of age. The child and the baby died during labor.

Zulma was made pregnant by her uncle who raped her and the girl gave birth to a baby boy at 8 years of age on January 12, 1993. The girl is from Mexico, Guadalajara, Jalisco and had delivered through c-section.

The girl delivered a baby girl via c-section at Victoria Zanana Hospital in Delhi. The bulge in her stomach was doubted to be tumor when she was admitted to the hospital when she was diagnosed to be pregnant. The person who had caused the pregnancy was unknown.

Anna Mummenthaler became a mother at the age of 8 years and 9 months on December 5, 1759. The girl is from present Switzerland, and the father of the baby was just revealed to be a relative of the child. The child was stillborn.
