Maan karate - Was that a Movie After All?

3 Hours of out and out wastage of time.
Sivakarthikeyan is not good for a lead role. St some places you feel as if he is imitating Vijay and at other times he is more towards Rajinikanth style. Wonder if he has n acting style of this own.

The start off was good with a fictions touch where the 5some meet a sage in the forest and he gives the newspaper dated 4 months ahead. They see their name wining 2 crores shared with a Peter who is boxer. I basically love fiction when presented with some kind of logic and this one storyline gave some hope that it will be interesting.

Wonder how they found this Peter with the certain specification of father. No FB also for this hero. Anyways, no questions to be asked on that .  The half an hour after hero comes into the role is dragging beyond mention. I just dozed off, it was that damn bad. It was more like listening to some "kathi adi". I was waiting eagerly for the guy to get into the boing ring and the director to come up with some fiction related stories. It was just for that I was tolerating this silly romance scenes and actions by Hansika. Wonder when she is going to grow to "Thumps Up". 15 minutes spent over some thirukural contest for this lady love, so so stupid.

And when the story nears, a new peter comes into play. Sivakrthikeya becomes profoundly known as Man-Karate peter for his maan-karate skills. but then, he is shown doing nothing at all.
The director cud hv doen something like , showing off his maan-kaathe skills and one fine morning he wakes up and wonders from where he leart this skill or so. and his past comes to his mind. his ancestral chain had maan karate fighters and it was passed to him by his great grand father who had gone on sanyaas and that was the saint. some more touch of twist and it wud been atleast a little masalogenic.

The ending was so blant and full off over acting.

Total loss of money of time, so please please please don't watch the movie.
