We were lacking a bed set in our apartment second bedroom and we thought of buying it online with EMI option.
Our option was Black Beds in Geometric Shape.
Finally after days and nights of searching we settled for the Zuari Teak Imperial bedset of Wardrobe and Bed with Storage.
It was actually me decision or founding I might say to buy from Zansaar.com. The mistake we did was to buy without searching for feedbacks or reviews.
The order was supposed to be delivered in 7-15 working days and we waited patiently for 15 days and from the 16th day we started calling up for update and everytime they will put your call on hold and then you stay there forever unless u cut the phone. else they will say that they r calling back, but never.
after several days, my husband lost his patience and then ended up calling up and firing up at the customer service and we requested to cancel the order as he was giving lame excuses like they are having meeting and the store supervisor will give an update on the furniture pending order only after that and stuffs and even after repeated calling we were not getting a good reply as to what actually is gonna happen with our order.
a day later, the store supervisor called up and informed that our order has been cancelled and the amount credited, but the better part of that was they gave us Rs 1000 purchase credit. He also added tht this amount was provided or credited so that they can show their delivery capacity to us.
Lets hope that the order placed with the 1000 credited turns out to be a good experience..
